Thailand. Weather & Climate
High season in Thailand ends in April. During off-peak months, plane ticket prices go down, since the majority of tourists leave the country, and those who stay travel less. That means you can easily get a decent price on airline tickets to fly to your dream destination.
The weather in April is not extremely hot, but some people find it difficult to breathe in the hot and humid air. The beaches are less crowded, so you’ll have no problem finding a place to enjoy some solitude.
The weather in April is perfect for sunbathing, swimming in the sea, diving and snorkelling. When travelling with children, keep kids out of the sun for the hottest parts of the day and protect them with a high SPF (30+). Remember that intensive sunbathing can cause severe damage to your skin. Besides, prolonged exposure to the sunrays may result in a heatstroke. So take great care when you expose your body to the sun.
There is a lot one can do in Thailand in April, for example, get a tan that would make everyone jealous, swim in the warm azure sea, laze on one of the numerous white-sand beaches or explore shallow water coral reefs and underwater wildlife. Everyone will find something of interest in Thailand during off-peak months, and it seems a shame not to take advantage of the great prices and wide choice available.
